Chris began his career in the British Army where he served in the Army Catering Corps. Since completing the UK Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Advanced Food Hygiene, Chris has become a huge advocate of Food Safety both from a practical and theoretical perspective. Chris brings an unmatched level of experience to the team and our clients. Based in Christchurch, Chris primarily looks after our South Island global standard clients.
